RedIce Racing's Ilya Harpas is set to race an Anderson/DEA combination for the first time in the Australian Superkart Championships this weekend. Having previously tested the ex-Jamieson Anderson/DEA at Phillip Island in May, Harpas made the decision to switch to chassis and engines for the remainder of 2014.
Ilya Harpas is excited about the prospect of running the 2013 Championship-winning machine this weekend, "It's no secret that in motor racing you need quick machinery to stay up the front. We've had some fantastic results in the past, but in the last 2 years, the evolution of karts in Australia has proved insurmountable with our old kit."
RedIce Racing would like to extend its thanks to the Jamiesons, who have facilitated the transition into the new kart.
RedIce Racing also proudly welcomes aboard new sponsors, Apex Management (a talent, sport and motorsport management company) and Richards Legal (a boutique law firm, specialising in commercial/corporate law and litigation).
The team would also like to thank the sponsors of the 2014 Australian Superkart Championships, Rockpress and Coach Design.
